Laser Cutting

Our most recent machine to our CNC inventory is our laser cutter at 6kw with a 5 by 10-foot table, The cutter comes with it's own nesting software although not as efficient as the nesting program we do have, it's great for ensuring no small pieces of metal go to waste, it’s easy to nest onto any shape of remnant. If we ruin one piece out of the nest there is no need to run to the office to renest or even recut the whole nest you simply pick the piece you want and cut just that one piece. With AI cutting technology, such as AI nozzle monitoring, Dross Burr, and gouging, it lets you know what shape your nozzles are in and it either slows down the cut or speeds it up, ensuring the best cut possible for the condition of the steel.
